Goł±bki are small cabbage parcels stuffed with meat and rice. They are served with mushroom or potato sauce.

 

 

A typical Polish lunch is composed of three courses: a soup, the main course and a dessert. Sometimes soup is followed by an appetizer. That’s way a shot of vodka is recommended to help you to digest the food.
